I went to this place needing a gas cap for my Toro. Unfortunately I had to deal with the lady at the counter. She was quite difficult to deal with and seemed indifferent giving me several different reasons why she wasn't able to sell me a cap. I could use a lot of space to describe the particulars but really isn't necessary. The main problem was this lady's attitude. Totally indifferent and not interested in assisting. I can't say she was rude. She was just so indifferent. Very disappointed in the way she dealt with a minor problem. Anyway I'm planning on buying a new Toro at the end of this season. I certainly won't be buying one from this place solely because of this lady's attitude. I ended up going to another business a little farther away but wasn't a problem because the employees there were extremely cordial, helpful and pleasant to interact with. After a few minutes I had my gas cap. All the fella did was get a number off the engine and boom the had my cap. The willingness to help was great and polar opposite of the lady at. Specialty. Great service! Called for a tune-up of a mower I bought from them. They came to the house the next day to pick it up, serviced it and promptly delivered it back to the house. Who does that nowadays? I really appreciate them.

I purchased a lawnmower from them and called them about a year later for a repair (thanks to my teenaged son). The owner actually offered to come and pick up my mower to repair it! They picked it up on Thursday and brought it back on Monday, good as new! They are the best, thank you!!

GREAT little law mower repair shop and dealer. I bought my last mower from them and always take my mower here for service. They're able to get me in quickly and repairs are done in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost!

This is an old school, family small engine shop. I mean that in the best possible way. I've been a customer for thirty plus years. Friendly. Practical. Professional. Their knowledge of all machines lawn and garden is amazing. And for the DIYer, a great place to purchase parts. Highest recommendation. Underscore. Just got back from purchasing parts. After much inspection they recommended parts that turned out to be a perfect fit. Again highest recommendation
